Delivery and Return

Delivery

After payment confirmation, all orders except for those with pre-order items will be delivered to the courier company within 2-4 working days.  Please note, we cannot deliver to post office boxes, airports, hotels and restricted areas.

Free delivery within Hong Kong SAR will be provided for all order sizes of HK$600 (nett) or above. For order amount less than HK$600 (nett), a handling charge of HK$80 per order will be charged.

Depends on products size and weight, we use SF Express and World-Link Logistics Asia as our courier/delivery companies. Delivery service will be provided from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Courier will, if possible, call you before making delivery, and we will also provide tracking no. for you to check on the delivery status.  

If no one is available to receive your order after two delivery attempts, your order may be cancelled and a handling fee of HK$150 will be charged.  Please note that we do not deliver on public holidays or when Typhoon signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted.

For delivery to S.F. Stores or EF Lockers (restricted by parcel size). When the goods arrived, you will receive a SMS message. But please be alerted that you have to pick up the goods within 24 hours (EF Lockers)/48 hours (S.F. Stores)  after receiving the message, otherwise the goods will be returned, your order may be cancelled and a handling fee of HK$150 will be charged.

All sales are final, no refund or exchange for other products is allowed.

However, if your product was damaged during delivery or is found to be defective, please contact customer service at 3529 2919 within 3 business days of receipt for products exchange instruction.  The manufacturer and Skya Link Limited reserve the rights for final decision.


Additional Charge Table
1. Change Preset Delivery Service : $200

3. Remote Area Surcharge : Tung Chung or Ma Wan $150;Outlying Islands & Discovery Bay $300
4. Surcharge for Moving the goods up/down staircase : $50 per floor per transaction (such charge will be collected by courier on site upon delivery)
5. Free delivery service cover addresses only within 50 metres of unloading point. For addresses outside the prescribed scope, $50 will be charged for every 50 metres thereafter (such charge will be collected by courier on site upon delivery)
6. Administration Fee for Order Amendment :  $200

Remark:
1. We have preset delivery schedule. Change Preset Delivery Service is requested for delivery arrangement on non-scheduled date and/or time.
2. Additional fee will be applied for locations far away from town or cannot be directly accessed by public transportations.
3. If courier has tried to deliver on agreed date and time but Customer fails to receive the Products, we shall arrange redelivery and charge the Customer an additional fee.
4. Should Customer want to reschedule delivery appointment, customer shall contact us not later than 2 working days (working days denote Monday to Friday excluding General Holidays) before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, additional fee will be imposed.
5. Customer shall ensure that an authorized person is present at the day of delivery at the Customer's address to receive the purchased Product. If no such person is present, the delivery shall be withdrawn and we reserve the right to charge the Customer an additional fee.
6. Additional charge is applied to delivery to Tung Chung / Ma Wan & Discovery Bay respectively.
7. Additional fee will be imposed if the delivery truck is not able to enter the main entrance of the delivery address, or if there are no lift facilities in the building of the delivery address or the lift facilities cannot be used or are not suitable for delivery. Customer should declare and pay the fee for delivery via stairs. If any stair climbing is found on the spot without prior notice, our courier reserves the right not to deliver the items and charge any additional fees incurred.
8. Additional charge is applied to any amendment requested by Customer after order confirmation.
