Terms and Conditions

1. New Member Registration
Under normal circumstances, after registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, however, if you never receive this confirmation e-mail, please check your Junk Mail folder as it may have dropped there.  If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service at 3698 2770 for assistant.
 
2. Member's Birthday Store Credits
If members had chosen to enter their birthdays during registration, each will receive $50 Store Credits as birthday gift on their birthdays. Store Credits is valid for 14 days, and with any single purchase of $600 or above, a maximum of $50 Store Credits can be used.
 
Please note that Store Credits cannot be used together with other promotions in the store.
 
3. Member points
Members can earn member points with any purchase in the store. For any $1 spent, 1 member point will be given and 500 members points can redeem $50. Points earn in a year will be expired on Jan 31st next year. For example, points earn from Jan 1st to Dec 31st in 2021 will be expired on Jan 31st 2022.
 
With any single purchase of $600 or above, a maximum of 500 points ($50) can be used. Please note that member points cannot be used together with other promotions in the store.
 
Please note that if at the time of purchase, you are not a member or forget to login, that purchase will not be entitled to any member points, and it will also not be able to reissue later on.
 
4. Delivery Arrangement

5. Payment Methods
We do not accept COD payment at the moment.  Instead, 3 different payment methods are accepted for online orders:
a. Visa or MasterCard or AMEX
Payment is secure with latest security technology, including SSL, and Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, new services from Visa International and MasterCard respectively.
b. Electronic Wallet: Alipay, PayMe
c. Bank Deposit/Transfer
Direct deposit/transfer can be made to our bank account. Please write down your name and the Bill No. on the Deposit Slip and e-mail to sales@skyalink.com or WhatsApp to 5139 0139.

If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled and we will inform you by e-mail.
 
6. Do you accept order from outside Hong Kong?
We mainly accept orders from Hong Kong and Macau.  And for some particular products, we do accept orders from other oversea destinations.  For more information, please contact our customer service sales@skyalink.com 
Oversea orders must bear the cost of shipping, as well as other costs involve in shipping oversea, such as exchange rates, import tax etc.

8. About installation
All lighting products prices do not include installation.  If you need installation, please contact us at 3698 2770 for quote.
