Notes before installation:
We provide one-stop service for all customers. After receiving orders, we will contact customers to arrange installation, normally installation can be completed within 1-2 weeks.
Customers must provide photos and information of the proposed installation spot for evaluation, which include:
1. Photos with size measurement of the installation spot
2. Floor to ceiling height
3. Interior length and width of the ceiling (the area must not contain any horizontal columns and/or beams)
4. Photos of old ceiling light and existing power source
5. Photo of the power switch of old ceiling light
* Basic installation means the Drying Rack can be installed directly onto the concrete ceiling with height not higher than 10 feet, and with connection to eligible electricity and independent power switch on the wall.
* Basic installation does not include dismantling and disposing of the old ceiling light.

Extra Fee for installation:
1. Site visit surcharge $500，outlying islands and places not along the railway will have an additional $200 surcharge (non-refundable). The site visit fee can be rebated when placing order.
2. Dismantling of any old electronic drying rack $300 (Not including fee for disposing).
3. If power extension is required (open-wire line only) for the existing power source, a fee of $200/metre will be charged (including materials), a partial metre will be treated as 1 full metre
4. Installing power switch on the wall (smart switch not recommended), labour fee $450，materials fee is additional and will depend on the need in the actual installation site.
5. Installation of suspended ceiling starts from $800 (Site visit is needed for actual cost. If there is air conditioner's and/or fire hose, or any electric wires above, no installation can be done), materials fee is extra
6. Notice on installation space:
- Indoor: if ceiling height is over 12 feet, a surcharge of $600 or up is required, the final cost will depend on the actual situation; if over 13 feet, installation is not feasible
- Outdoor balcony: if ceiling height is over 10 feet, a surcharge of $200 or up is required, the final cost will depend on the actual situation
- If the balcony's width is less than 5 feet, or depth is less than 3.3 feet, installation can or cannot be done will depend on the actual situation
Any surcharge involved besides basic installation will be quoted before installation.
Other extra costs:
1. Rural areas installation surcharge (Installation cannot be arranged for outlying islands area, except the following)
- Tung Chung and Ma Wan areas: $300
- Discovery Bay: $550
2. All pre-booked installation service, if customers need to re-schedule appointment on the appointed date or cannot be reached during the scheduled installation time, a $200 handling fee must be paid before we can arrange another date and time.
Delivery:
- We will contact customers to arrange delivery.
- No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. If Black Rain or Typhoon No. 8 or above Signal is hoisted, all appointed delivery will be cancelled and we will contact customers to arrange another delivery the next working day.
- Different areas have different delivery date and time, and is determined by us.
- No delivery is available for outlying islands area (except Ma Wan $100, Tung Chung $100, Discovery Bay $200), prohibited and restricted areas. Rural areas not along the railway need extra cost.
- If delivery require moving up/down staircase, a surcharge of $80 per floor (from ground up 4-14 steps counted as 1 floor) per transaction will be charged (including both inside and outside the building)
- If delivery address cannot be reached directly by transport, a surcharge is required (will quote when on site)
